Over 15 international go-lives. Projects in more than 15 countries – from mid-sized companies to DAX corporations. Anyone who has spent enough time in large transformation projects knows: it often feels like a jungle – dense, complex, with many possible paths.
Until now, I have navigated this path almost exclusively in project meetings, steering committees, and directly in the system. So why am I writing here?
In large transformations, I keep observing the same thing: technology is becoming more powerful, but the bridge between business requirements and stable implementation does not automatically get wider. Valuable practical knowledge disappears into closed project folders instead of being shared.
